We have had an amazing experience so far! They are very courteous and efficient! Everyone that works there is super kind and very professional and compassionate! We hardly ever have to... wait, usually less than 5 minutes. They are wonderful during the consultation, they lay everything out there so there are no hidden costs, and have a variety of payment plans. They let you know the expected time for treatment and everything that needs to be done. They involve my daughter with decisions she can make (rubber band choices, etc.) and they explain everything they are going to do before they do it. I will definitely be taking my next child here as he will need braces as well. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else! The smile rewards is a nice benefit as well.read more
