The whole team at VanLaecken has been so amazing to work with. Starting with our initial consultation which answered all of our questions, to being able to call and get assistance after hours to help with a loose wire, squeezing us in when we something comes up and making sure my child is comfortable during every step of the process. The hygienists are so friendly and the Docs are the best of the best. It’s only been a few months but the results on my child so far have been astonishing. 1000/10 would recommend VanLaecken ortho for anyone who is considering orthodontic care.

Was so easy to get started. Take a few pictures, they emailed back. We were able to make monthly payments. We had put braces on my oldest daughter for a huge chunk of change, somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised when my daughter ended up on the other side of the state and wanted braces that at VanLaecken their prices were half than what we paid in the past. Service was excellent and they were very accommodating around her college schedule. We are so in love with her beautiful smile.

We have had great experiences at this orthodontist location! Friendly staff. Not only do they do quality work, I greatly appreciate their efficiency and not having to wait in the waiting room a long time after check-in. Pam at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. The only thing that would be better is if they had a mobile unit to travel around! Sometimes it stinks driving so far for a 10 minute appointment but that’s our choice to live in small town. 😊

Very happy with the service we have received at VanLaecken Orthodontics! They are upfront with their pricing, quick at appointments, and friendly! I especially like the appointments they have for kids who are not quite ready for braces, we come in periodically for check ups with no cost and don't feel pressured to start care until fully needed. Highly recommend this office!

They are very informative and care about their patients. We had a band pop off and they were able to get us in quickly to fix the issue and get us back to our everyday activities. They have made getting braces an easy experience.

We came back to South Dakota to visit family, and on the Saturday morning of Christmas weekend, my son’s palatal expander became partially disconnected. My son couldn’t eat and was in discomfort. VanLaecken Orthodontics was the closest orthodontist we could find. When we called their emergency number, they immediately picked up and answered our questions. Kacie met us at their office and fixed my son’s orthodontic device. She was so patient and calmed my son’s nerves throughout the entire process. The prompt response of the VanLaecken team was outstanding, coming in to help an out-of-towner on a holiday weekend; pure Midwest kindness at VanLaecken!

If I could rate higher I would! I’m from Kansas, had braces on already, and due to lack of communication from my previous orthodontist, no one in Sioux Falls could help me. I had my braces on for 1.5 years without having any service done!! I was freaking out and finally found VanLaken and I seriously couldn’t be happier. They are informative, kind, flexible, GENTLE, and have the patient’s best interest and health in mind, vs other places I’ve visited that seem to only care about money. I didn’t realize how awful and rough my dental/orthodontic experiences in Kansas were until I came here. Life changing in the best way! I’d never go anywhere else after experiencing VanLaken!

The nicest and most professional staff made my dream come true with the most beautiful Invisalign adjustment in an only three months easy journey with 6 easy to wear retainers. I am 62 years old and never thought that it would’ve been possible to get my confidence back for a big smile! (the #6 picture still shows the little contact points that will be removed soon)
