I receive orthodontic care at the Aberdeen clinic. Every single team member that I have interacted with over the past 2+ years has always treated me with respect and kindness. The team does their very best to accommodate the needs of each patient that walks through their doors. Dr. Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to any concerns that I might have. My daughter has also received services with this team. She had a very positive experience as well. I have nothing but praise for the Van Laecken team.

I was denied braces since I was a child. Being told by multiple different places that I needed all types of procedures ( and I did them all) just to still be denied. I have always been insecure about my smile. I remember coming here and thinking they are going to deny me ( cause I originally wanted another treatment) or tell me to get more procedures. I am 22 and have been fighting for my smile for 12 years. My first appointment was a screening. My second - I got my braces. My life has been changed and my Smile now exceeds the one I dreamt of. We've had a great experience with VanLaecken Ortho so far. Everyone we've worked with has been so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They're very timely and organized, and appointments have gone smoothly, excited to see the final results and bring our other kids here, too!

We started braces 4 months ago and it has been such a smooth process. The staff have been amazing. They are great with explaining what they are doing and why at each appointment. We have seen so much happen in the 4 months we have started and can't wait to see the end results.

The whole team at VanLaecken has been so amazing to work with. Starting with our initial consultation which answered all of our questions, to being able to call and get assistance after hours to help with a loose wire, squeezing us in when we something comes up and making sure my child is comfortable during every step of the process. The hygienists are so friendly and the Docs are the best of the best. It’s only been a few months but the results on my child so far have been astonishing. 1000/10 would recommend VanLaecken ortho for anyone who is considering orthodontic care.

Was so easy to get started. Take a few pictures, they emailed back. We were able to make monthly payments. We had put braces on my oldest daughter for a huge chunk of change, somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised when my daughter ended up on the other side of the state and wanted braces that at VanLaecken their prices were half than what we paid in the past. Service was excellent and they were very accommodating around her college schedule. We are so in love with her beautiful smile.

Not only did Dr Ryan fix my massive overbite and teeth to look perfect, he also helped both my sisters. Now we are bringing our daughter to VanLaecken to fix her teeth. We have had great experiences at this orthodontist location! Friendly staff. Not only do they do quality work, I greatly appreciate their efficiency and not having to wait in the waiting room a long time after check-in. Pam at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. The only thing that would be better is if they had a mobile unit to travel around! Sometimes it stinks driving so far for a 10 minute appointment but that’s our choice to live in small town. 😊

Very happy with the service we have received at VanLaecken Orthodontics! They are upfront with their pricing, quick at appointments, and friendly! I especially like the appointments they have for kids who are not quite ready for braces, we come in periodically for check ups with no cost and don't feel pressured to start care until fully needed.
